Welcome to The Alter! Please read our Consultation and Booking Policy as of 5/1/2025

Thank you for choosing The Alter and for scheduling your complimentary 30-minute consultation.

This chat is a great opportunity for us to connect, discuss your wedding ceremony vision, and for me or a member of our staff to provide you with a personalized quote.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. You can easily manage your booking through the confirmation email you received from Setmore.

Giving advance notice helps manage our schedule and allows other couples the chance to book that time slot. While we know life happens, repeated cancellations (two or more) made with less than 24 hours' notice may require future consultation requests to be handled directly via email, rather than through the online booking system, to ensure scheduling availability.

We are flexible and happy to help you find a new time that works! We look forward to chatting with you about your special day and to meeting you one on one.
